Influence Assessment:
Do you influence others or do you manipulate? In my experience, most organizations, and most leaders, unknowingly manipulate behavior not influence it. Too much manipulation creates people problems. Some of the symptoms of too much manipulation can be declining financial performance, poor morale, high absenteeism, high turnover, poor customer service attitudes, silence or lack of participation in meetings, and a lack of creativity or spontaneous problem solving.
Send me an e-mail requesting your free Influence Assessment. It takes only a few minutes to complete the assessment online. It will tell you how you compare with the best influencers. You can then make decisions to improve your influencing skills.
