The Optimum Leadership Coaching Program Outline:
- Pre-work to set clear objectives, set expectations, identify history, and acknowledge barriers to improvement - 90 minutes
- Three 30-minute calls each month for six months ($650/month for a total of $3,975)
- Two 30 minute follow up calls to confirm the plan is implemented
